Our Mission

The purpose of the Future Officers Foundation is to inspire, mentor, and prepare high school students to become future military officers by developing their leadership, resiliency, character, and commitment to service through educational programs, mentorship, physical training, and community engagement.

What we do

Mentorship

We connect students with current and former U.S. military officers who provide personalized guidance on applications, fitness, leadership development, and navigating the commissioning process.

Educational Resources

From academy and ROTC guides to interview prep, fitness templates, essay support, and scholarship information, we create accessible tools for students, families, and educators.

Local Chapters

FOF Chapters bring leadership development into high schools through monthly meetings, hands-on professional development, guest speakers, and a community of motivated students led by volunteers or educators.
